SPRAY IN BED LINERS

TOFF Sprayed-On Bedliners

TOFF is a two-component, modified polyurea elastomer coating that solidifies in seconds upon application. Once applied, TOFF creates a watertight seal in your truck bed, protecting it from wear, corrosion, and impact while enhancing its appearance.

Key Features

  • Best in UV Stability
TOFF is chemically formulated to resist chalking and graying, eliminating the need for a topcoat or additional costs.

  • Unmatched Chemical Resistance
Protects against everyday chemicals that stain and corrode factory paint and other bedliners.

  • Ultimate Impact and Abrasion Protection
TOFF withstands the dents, dings, and scratches of everyday use, ensuring your truck bed remains in top condition.

  • Lasting Durability and Functionality
Enjoy the best of both worlds—TOFF offers the highest strength for tough jobs and the flexibility needed to hold cargo securely in place.

  • First and Only GREEN Bedliner
TOFF is the ONLY sprayed-on bedliner made from renewable resources and produces no VOCs.

Performance Tests

  • Hardness
TOFF is tested not to chip under daily use (Test: ASTM D4329).

  • Flexibility
TOFF is tested not to gouge under daily use (Test: ASTM D4329).

  • Abrasion Resistance
TOFF maintains its integrity under the daily movement of cargo in and out of your truck bed (Test: ASTM D4329).

  • Weathering
TOFF is tested to resist deterioration when exposed to light, heat, and water, ensuring it does not degrade, chalk, or discolor over time (Test: ASTM D4329).

How TOFF Protects Your Truck Bed

Applied directly to your truck bed, TOFF sprayed-on bedliners form a permanent watertight bond with the external environment, shielding it from corrosion, rust, scratches, scrapes, and dents. TOFF adheres to every curve and contour of your truck, creating a non-skid surface that holds cargo securely in place. It also works effectively on used trucks, increasing resale value.

The 4-Step Process:

  1. Taping and Papering
The bed is draped in plastic and masked off to protect areas that will not be sprayed. Fiber tape is embedded to create clean cuts after application.

  2. Surface Preparation
The bed is thoroughly abraded for optimal adhesion. It is then air-blown and wiped down with a specialty cleaner to remove loose particles.

  3. Spraying
TOFF is consistently sprayed over the entire truck bed for an airtight and watertight seal. It dries almost instantly and is ready for immediate use.

  4. Detailing
The pre-embedded fiber trim is pulled through the bedliner material, yielding a clean, straight edge. All other plastic and masking are removed, and any excess bedliner material is carefully trimmed. The result is a factory-installed look that will protect your truck.
